Professional Inspection Services

Thorough. Detailed. Accurate.

Buyer’s Inspections

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.

Builder’s One-Year Warranty Inspections

Most new home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses. A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before the builder’s warranty expires. The homeowner can then pass the report on to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs or replacements of home components.

Water Testing

We recommend drinking water gets tested prior to purchasing a home and once a year thereafter for any property with a private well. As an add on service, we will collect water samples and submit them to the lab for testing. The lab will test for Bicarbonate, Calcium, Carbonate, Chloride, Fluoride, Iron, Magnesium, Nitrate, Potassium, Sodium, Sulfate, Total Hardness (Lime), Total Alkalinity, Electrical Conductivity, pH, Est. Total Dissolved Solids, and Coliform Bacteria. Be sure to select this addon when scheduling your inspection to take advantage of this service!
